MORE BUGS BE SQUASHED!

Updates;

• Spikebuggles are fixed, for reals this time (probably)
• Lots of little bugs are gone
• There is a Death Counter at the end now
• There is a Completed Time count as well
• Some credits listed for the two things what I didn't do myself
• If you see the hidden letters in some tilesets, and recognize them, that's a credit for you
• There's probably more but I forgot because I am tired
